Der Thread war eigentlich ganz sinnvoll, und damit Niko ihn nicht wieder löschen kann, starte ich ihn jetzt noch einmal neu.

Der Erbfall ist eigentlich meines Erachtens relativ einfach zu regeln. Entweder zu Lebzeiten per Testament beim Notar oder, im Sterbefall bei Hauptwohnsitz in Deutschland, über eine Anwaltskanzlei mit Korrespondenzanwalt in Griechenland.
Was aber ist mit einer vorzeitigen Eigentumsübertragung an die Kinder und Vereinbarungen über ein Nießbrauchrecht. Hat jemand damit Erfahrungen?

Danke für Deine ausführliche Auskunft. Es ist nicht so eilig, dass ich jetzt wegen Nachlegalisierung lostoben müsste, aber ich weiß jetzt , was da auf mich zukommt, einschließlich der finanziellen Belastung.
