Hi, ich soll auch in diesen Jahr Freunden wieder Olivenöl (100l) mit nach Deutschland bringen jedoch geht unsere Fähre schon am 5.11. Gibt es bis dahin schon frisches Öl ? Sollte hier einer welches haben dann einfach anbieten. Wenn gewollt kann ich auch welches nach Deutschland (Thüringen) kostenlos transportieren da unser Transporter mehr oder weniger leer zurück fährt.

Hallo, ich noch mal mit einer Frage. Ich bekomme morgen 30 Kg frische Oliven die ich einlegen möchte. Da meine Fähre schon am Donnerstag nach DE geht werde ich es aber nicht mehr schaffen diese in Salzlake zum entbittern einzulegen. Macht das was aus wenn ich die frisch gepflügten Oliven erst nach 6 Tagen Einlege ? Sie sind in einen Fass gelagert und ich habe bedenken das sie durch die Druckstellen dann nicht mehr weiter zu verarbeiten sind.

Die jenigen von euch die eigene Plantagen haben, gibt es bei einen von euch Anfang Februar 2015 noch Oliven zu pflücken ?
Wie ist eigentlich das ca. Volumen zu Gewicht Verhältnis bei Oliven ? Wieviel Kg würden in ungefähr in ein 60 Liter Fass gehen ?
