Hallo,

habe vom Hörensagen gehört, dass es bald so etwas wie einen Mietzuschuss geben soll... ab dem 28.03.2011 kann man sich diesbezüglich wohl an das KEP wenden... wer weiß Genaueres (Bedingungen etc.) darüber???

Mietzuschuss gibt es schon lange und hat als erste Voraussetzung, dass man keinerlei Eigentum besitzt (Grund oder Haus). Dann braucht man halt einen Mietvertrag und Einkommensnachweis etc.

Du meinst bestimmt den Mietzuschuss von OEK, oder? Das ganze OEK-Programm ist ja seit Juli 2010 eingfroren, soll aber jetzt wieder schrittweise aktiviert werden. Soweit ich mich richtig erinnere, stand letztens in der Zeitung, dass sich die Zuschüsse nach dem Einkommen richten: bis 6000,- pro Jahr, bis 9000,- im Jahr und bis 12.000,- Euro. Maximaler Zuschluss 125,- pro Monat. Außerdem muss man eine Minimumanzahl an Enzima vorweisen. Wie viele man nach den neuen Regeln benötigt, weiß ich leider nicht. Bis Juli 2010 waren es auf Rhodos (ist glaub ich je nach Region unterschiedlich) 1200 Enzima für Ledige und 900 für Verheiratet bzw. mit Kind. Frag doch mal beim KEP oder beim OEK nach? Die können dir bestimmt schon Genaueres sagen! Viel Glück!
