Naja, in jedem Fall: Ohne Anwalt geht eh gar nix, eigentlich kann ich Dir nur aus Erfahrung raten, einen solchen aufzusuchen.
Es gibt Standardvertraege und auch Verfahren, allerdings je nachdem, ob Du nun einfach nur einen Verein oder einen *gemeinnuetzigen* Verein aufmachen moechtest.
