Hallo

wir wollen eine pension auf thassos kaufen und sind absolute greenhorns in dieser sache.
wer kann uns tips hilfe und adressen zu folgenden dingen geben :

steuerliche behandlung bei vermietung?
welche abgaben sind zu leisten?
wie läuft das mit der kranken und rentenversicherung?
wie ist das mit der vermietung auf thassos ?
wie lang ist die saison ?
was ist bei den deutschen behörden zu regeln?
was ist beim kauf zu beachten?


würden uns freuen einen erfahrungsbericht von einem "insider" zu bekommen.

Ich habe ja leider nur ein Haus gekauft, für das Hotel war dann nicht mehr genug in der Portokasse...
..aber ganz allgemein würde ich euch dringend raten, Euch jemanden vor Ort zu nehmen, der vertrauenswürdig und zuverlässig ist und die notwendigen Kontakte zu den Behörden hat... Ich weiss ich weiss, schwer wie das Goldsuchen, aber ohne bekommt ihr wahrscheinlich ein Problem...
der wird dann wahrscheinlich ordentlich Geld kosten, aber das spart ihr dann auch wieder ein.
Ich zumindest würde nach meiner jetzigen Kenntnis des griechischen Beamten- und Rechtswesens so etwas *niemals* ohne professionelle, hiesige Hilfe machen.
