Daumenregel: Der Pflichtteil beträgt in Griechenland im Regelfall 1/2 des Erbes, das dem Berechtigten im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Erbfolge zufallen würde. Pflichtteilberechtigt sind die Nachkommen (angefangen von den Kindern), der überlebende Ehepartner und die Eltern des Erblassers, sofern sie als gesetzliche Erben berufen wären (!). Es gibt allerdings etliche "Stolperfallen", deswegen gegebenenfalls unbedingt auf Basis der konkreten individuellen Sachlage beraten lassen.
