hallo,
Sei vielen Jahren fahren wir nun schon nach Paros und möchten uns jetzt einen Bauplatz kaufen und später bauen.Hat jemand erfahrung was man von Papieren braucht (Baugenehmigung, Bauplan usw) und was in etwa von Kosten auf uns zukommen würde und worauf man achten müsse!
Was in etwa würde das Betonskelett kosten und wann müsste man das Haus fertig gebaut haben und wie lange ist eine Baugenehmigung gültig und der Kostenpunkt von dieser!
Oder kann mir jemand eine seriöse Baufirma auf Paros empfehlen?
Hat jemand schon Erfahrung punkto Bauen auf Paros?
Ich bin euch für eure Ratschläge und Tipps für dieses Vorhaben sehr dankbar.:37::44:
