Kauf von Bauplatz und bauen - martinilu - 15.09.2012 hallo, Sei vielen Jahren fahren wir nun schon nach Paros und möchten uns jetzt einen Bauplatz kaufen und später bauen.Hat jemand erfahrung was man von Papieren braucht (Baugenehmigung, Bauplan usw) und was in etwa von Kosten auf uns zukommen würde und worauf man achten müsse! Was in etwa würde das Betonskelett kosten und wann müsste man das Haus fertig gebaut haben und wie lange ist eine Baugenehmigung gültig und der Kostenpunkt von dieser! Oder kann mir jemand eine seriöse Baufirma auf Paros empfehlen? Hat jemand schon Erfahrung punkto Bauen auf Paros? Der ist maßgeblich, auch bei der Ausführung und würde auch die Firmen bringen, die das ganze durchziehen. Ich kann Euch gerne ein paar Tipps geben, aber lieber privat. Wo wollt ihr denn den Baugrund kaufen? In der Regel wäre es auch gut, einen Anwalt zur Seite zu haben. Der ist auch immer wichtig, damit Ihr den Durchblick im Paragraphendickicht behält.
