Es kommt natürlich darauf an, wie stark du den Wein machst!
Ich mache vorrangig, Dessertweine und diese bewegen sich selten bis nie, unter 16,5%!
Durch den Alkoholgehalt, ist dieser, einige Jahre haltbar, ws er bei mir sowieso nie erlebt hat!
Wenn man den Wein bei der Gährung, wirklich unter Luftverschluss hält, hat auch Fremdhefe und auch Keime, haben keine Chance!
Die Oxidation, handelst dir nur ein, wenn der Wein, zuviel Sauerstoff ausgesetzt wird.
Verwendest du keine Gähraufsätze???
Wegen Kaliumsorbat.....ich verwende Schwefel!!!!!!
Bekommst in jedem Shop und in der richtigen dosis, merkt man gar nix!!!!

Aber, wenn du Lust hast, könnte ich mal schauen, ob ich vielleicht etwas mitnehmen kann!
