hallo,

ich habe darüber nachgedacht zu vermieten,
wie sieht der gesetzliche rahmen aus, muss ich ein gewerbe anmelden? oder ist es mit einer pauschale getan beim finanzamt ?
bevor ich meinen netten steuerberatlüger aufsuche wollte ich doch schon ein bischen bescheid wissen,
bestimmt hat der eine oder andere damit zu tuen und kann mir einen rat geben,

Du kannst eine Vermietung für 1 Monat, 3 Monate, 6 Monate oder 12 Monate im Jahr anmelden.

Wichtig ist nur, Du hast eine Genehmigung (egalt wie Du wirklich vermietest).

Hier auf der Chalkidiki ist es so, das du für ein "Buch" einen bestimmten Betrag zahlen mußt.
Erkundige dich doch bei der EOT, die kann dir genaues sagen. Mußt wahrscheinlich sowieso
Mitglied dort werden.
