vermietung - maniatis - 15.09.2010 hallo, ich habe darüber nachgedacht zu vermieten, wie sieht der gesetzliche rahmen aus, muss ich ein gewerbe anmelden? oder ist es mit einer pauschale getan beim finanzamt ? bevor ich meinen netten steuerberatlüger aufsuche wollte ich doch schon ein bischen bescheid wissen, bestimmt hat der eine oder andere damit zu tuen und kann mir einen rat geben, gruss manoli vermietung - b.rater - 15.09.2010 Du kannst eine Vermietung für 1 Monat, 3 Monate, 6 Monate oder 12 Monate im Jahr anmelden.
