Wir haben dieser Tage unseren Steuerbescheid für 2012 bekommen.

Die Summe die wir (wegen der Vermietung) zahlen müssen, die entspricht ungefähr dem, was wir sonst auch immer zahlen.

Aber diesmal wollen sie die Summe zweimal, einmal als Nachzahlung für 2012 und einmal als Vorauszahlung für 2013.

Habt ihr das auch schon erlebt?

Hallo Sabine,

so funktioniert das auch bei Selbstständigen. Die müssen nachzahlen und im voraus ebenfalls. Vielleicht haben sich die griechischen Finanzbeamten und die Politiker mal gedacht, sie können das bei Vermietungen auch machen. Was tut man nicht alles um die Zahlen zu schönen.
