Hallo! Kann mir jemand Auskunft geben, ob es in Griechenland eine Baumschutzverordnung gibt, entsprechend den in Deutschland geltenden Vorschriften. Konkret geht es um die Fällung einer Pinie, Duchmesser ca. 40 cm, vor ca. 18 Jahren gepflanzt. Ich selbst kann es nicht glauben, der Gärtner jedoch weigert sich beharrlich, das Teil zu beseitigen. also meine Schwiegereltern haben vor längerer Zeit einmal einen grossen Baum faellen muessem und brauchten dafür auch eine Genehmigung vom zustaendigen Dimo, das war in Nea Kallikrateia/Chalkidiki

ja, auch in GR stehen ältere Bäume unter Naturschutz und manche Baumarten sogar grundsätzlich.

Die genauen Bestimmungen kenne ich leider nicht, aber der Gärtner wird es wohl wissen wenn er sich so weigert.
