Liebe Leute!

Weiss jemand nach welchen Regeln man ein Haus vermessen soll?

Ich meine die m2 die auf der DEA-Rechnung aufscheinen.
Also was mir unklar ist, werden die Nutz-m2 genommen oder inkl. der Mauern, also Brutto?
Gehören Terrassen, Stiegen, ebene Dachflächen dazu?
Vielleicht weiss ja jemand was oder kann einen Link posten.

bei terassen wird unterschieden ob sie offen sind und oder mit ziegeln gedeckt sind,
grundsätzlich wird aber die baugenehmigung zur berechnung herangezogen,
und schlafende hunde sollte man nicht wecken !
der gang zum architekten bleibt dir aber nicht erspart !
