Hallo,

soweit ich weiß, gilt in Europa die 2 Jahre Garantie-Richtlinie? Kann man sich darauf verlassen, dass "man" das in Griechenland auch weiß? Oder stimmt es vielleicht doch nicht?

Hat jemand von euch davon eine Ahnung, bevor ich losgehe und mich mit dem Laden rumstreite, denn meine Waschmaschine hat grad 4 Tage vor Ende der 2 Jahre den Geist aufgegeben...

Danke. Inzwischen haben sie mir im Laden auch die 2 Jahre bestätigt.

Allerdings hab ich grad Pech gehabt... die Garantie ist doch schon am 15. abgelaufen statt am 25. wie ich dachte (konnte man nur schwer lesen).
