es geht doch nicht darum, wie du dein Haus nutzt, sondern dass ein Nachweis erbracht wird, wem das Haus / Grundstück gehört. Es ist ja auch zu deinem Schutz. Wenn du viel Land hast und ein Bauer seine Ziegen über viele Jahre darauf weidet, dann könnte er nach bisherigem Stand der Dinge Rechtsansprüche anmelden.

Auf der Chalkidiki wird in Etappen registriert. Jetzt ist die Stadt Poligiros dran. Man kann sich auf dem Rathaus der jeweiligen Gemeinde informieren, wenn die eigene Stadt/Dorf/Gebiet an der Reihe ist.

Ist irgendjemand von der aktuellen Phase der Eintragung betroffen und weiß, welche Dokumente erforderlich sind ?
Ich höre hier auf Kreta sehr widersprüchliche Angaben, so soll z.B. ein neuer aktueller Vermessungsplan mit Luftbildaufnahme verlangt werden.
Auf der ktimatologio Seite habe ich dazu keine Infos gefunden.
