Hi zusammen.
Kennt irgendwer von euch, einen Statiker in der nähe oder in Saloniki, ich meine einen, den man wirklich vertrauen kann??
Wir haben uns nun endlich entschieden und werden demnächst, in Nea-Silata fest wohnlich bleiben.
Dieses Haus ist zwar wunderschön und natürlich auch gut gelegen, aber die Fassade hat einen Riss und
diesen möchte ich natürlich schon von einem Fachmann beurteilen lassen.
Ich habe zwar schon einige Kontaktiert, aber irgendwie hat mich immer etwas gestört.
Alle haben irgendwie nur um den Heissen Brei herumgeredet und von "Ladono" gesprochen, aber
ich brauche wirklich einen den man wirklich vertrauen kann. (Zahle auch gerne ohne Öl etwas mehr dafür!)

An Carmen:
Wenn dann wirklich alles so klappt, wie ich es mir vorstelle, freu ich mich schon darauf als Einwohner
zu gelten! :-)))
Natürlich kommt dann auch der versprochene Bericht, vonwegen des Mieters, der noch darin wohnt.
Aber eines kann ich schon vorwegnehmen.
Laut Anwalt und seiner Erfahrung, könnte ich sieses HAus innerhalb 3 monate beziehen.
Genaueres folgt in bälde!
