Hallo allerseits!

Ich habe vor dieses Jahr nach Griechenland zu gehen um diesen Sprachkurs an der Uni Athen zu machen.
Hat jemand damit Erfahrungen, ob man weiterhin Halbwaisenrente beziehen kann? Nachweis wäre dann ja von der Uni..
Ich habe schon bei der LVA nachgefragt allerdings wäre dies ein "Spezialfall" und sie konnten mir nicht weiterhelfen..komisch

hallo Mary,
soweit ich weiß kannst Du die Halbwaisenrente in jedem EU-Land weiterhin beziehen, sofern Du Dich in einer Ausbildung bzw. Studium befindest. Es gibt ein deutsch-griechisches Sozialversicherungsabkommen und ich werde mich morgen bei meinen Kollegen auf jeden Fall nochmal genau sachkundig machen (bin nur für die Österreicher zuständig) . Melde mich dann noch mal.
