jetzt muessen wir das grad mal etwas auseinander sortieren...

Das heisst, Dein persoenlicher "Firmensitz", also der Schwerpunkt Deiner beruflichen Taetigkeit ist in Deutschland?

Du bist "feste Freie" einer deutschen Firma und wirst aus / in / nach D bezahlt, also von einem deutschen Konto auf eine deutsches Konto?

Dann sehe ich keine grossen Probleme, denn die Steuerpflicht erfuellst Du in D. Aber dennoch solltest Du Ruecksprache mit einem Spezialisten (Steuerberater) halten.

Es gibt ausserdem eine 2-Monatsfrist, die man im Ausland taetig sein kann, Honorar aus dem Ausland bezieht und NICHT der Steuerpflicht in D unterliegt. Auch hier: Der Steuerberater weiss mehr.

Solltest Du allerdings in GR bezahlt werden, sieht (nach Ablauf der 2 Monate) die Welt etwas anders aus und Du musst Dich den griechischen Ablaeufen unterziehen, denn Du wirst ja in den griechischen Buechern der Firma auftauchen.

Du siehst: Es kommt stark darauf an, was Dein Vertrag sagt, woher Du bezahlt wirst und wohin (deutsches Konto, griech. Konto).

Solange das nicht klar ist, brauchst Du vor nichts Angst zu haben, nur vor Fehlinformationen Wink
