meine Frage war, ob ich an die 2 Jahres Frist gebunden bin oder ob ich VOR Ablauf der 2 Jahre die Wohnung und somit den Vertrag kuendigen kann ohne dass ich die Restlaufzeit zahlen muss.
zb. wenn die Miete 600 Eur pro Monat ist und ich mich entschliesse, nach 18 Monaten auszuziehen, muss ich dann fuer die verbleibenden 6 Monate die Miete zahlen obwohl ich nicht mehr in der Wohnung bin?
