Hallo alle zusammen,

ich mache mich am 01.04.2005 in D als freiberuflicher IT-Berater selbstständig und beziehe für 6 Monate Überbrückungsgeld.
Am 15.04. möchte ich zu meiner griechischen Freundin nach Thessaloniki ziehen (erstmal für mind. 6 Monate).

Meine Fragen:
1. Erster Wohnsitz in D oder GR ? Muss ich ihn in D halten weil ich Überbrückungsgeld beziehe?
2. Krankenversicherung: Als Selbstständiger muss ich ca 280 E für die freiwillig gestzl. KV zahlen - ist es möglich + billiger mich für die 6 Monate in GR freiwillig KV zu versichern?
3. Welche Formalitäten gibt es, wenn ich z.B. in GR Unternehmen berate, Deutsch unterricht gebe oder nen Kellner Job annehme?
4. Ich möchte ab April auch ein Fernstudium an der UNI Hagen aufnehmen. Angenommen ich studiere 40 Std habe ich dann in GR automatisch das Recht auf Aufenthaltserlaubnis?

Viele Fragen hoffe aber trotzdem auf Antworten.
