hi tobi,
habe dieses prozedere schon etliche male durchgemacht,
habe natürlich nie konkret nachgehakt aber hier hat der notar die schätzung nach dieser magischen tabelle "raster" gemacht, denn nach dieser höhe richtet sich auch sein honorar !!!und er hat da einen spielraum,
auch wenn ich baue und ika bezahlen will,muss ich vorher zum steuerberater der rechnet nach meinen angaben (bauvolumen)aus wieviel ika ich bezahlen muss, diese summe wird dann errechnet ich muss ihm 30 euros bezahlen und dann erst darf ich zur ika gehen und bezahlen !! das hat hier alles seinen sinn, der steuerberater lebt, der notar , die kopieshops, die peripteros......
ist mal richtig interessant gewesen...
