Hm, weiss nicht, ob Rainer an meiner Meinung interessiert ist, aber ich war im frueheren Leben Productmanager in der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Und als solcher kalkuliert und bestimmt man letztendlich die Preise.


Und die orientiert man gemeinhin am Markt...das klassiche Extrembeispiel der Branche ist Zovirax (Herpessalbe, Aciclovir): kostete, solange es keine Me-too-Produkte gab, ueber 30 Mark fuer 2 Gramm. Dann kamen die Nachahmer auf den Markt, wesentlich guenstiger, Zovirax fiel von 100% Marktanteil in schwindelde Tiefen, senkte den Preis... und ploetzlich war Zovirax auch fuer 3,50 Mark Vekraufspreis noch profitabel.



Wie war das ueberhaupt moeglich? In GR und anderen Laendern gab es halt nie Krankenkassen, die egal-welchen Preis zahlten und damit wirkten die normalen Marktgesetze.
