also ich kann mich da jürgen anschliessen, irgendwann hat hier mal jemand einen wundervollen link zu einer zeitung gepostet, die in erster linie wohnungen in thessaloniki hat. diese zeitung habe ich häufiger mal durchforstet um mich zu informieren, also für um die 700 euro waren da schon absolute luxuswohnungen im angebot, 'normale' wohnungen in guten gegenden sind so um 400/500 euro rum im angebot gewesen. ach so ich habe ausschliesslich nach 4 zimmer wohnungen geguckt und die meisten wohnungen waren auch noch über makler. ich denke also wenn man sich die zeit nimmt und sich vor ort rumhört dann ist dann sicher noch gutes zu noch günstigeren tarifen drin. ach so im vergleich zu hamburg muss ich sagen dass man hier in der grössenordnung das vielfache auf den tisch legen muss wenn man in einer auch nur halbwegs annehmbaren gegend leben möchte.
