Hallo Nicola,
wir haben uns gerade über die Feiertage in Athen informiert. Es kann sein, dass die Makler vermuten, in D kategorisieren wir auch wie im englischsprachigen Raum (2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, etc.) weshalb Du dann immer 3-Zimmer-Wohnungen nach unserem Verständnis angeboten bekommst.
Es gibt auf jeden Fall günstigere Wohnungen, wobei Freunde aus Athen uns geraten haben, erst nach O-2004 zu suchen um wieder auf vernünftige Preise zu stoßen. Und es ist natürlich auch eine Frage der Wohngegend. Bei uns ist es zum Glück nicht so dringend, da wir schon eine Bleibe haben, von der aus wir im März dann suchen werden.
Es gibt in GR etwas ähnliches wie die Abreißzettel: In vielen Eingängen von Wohnhäusern sind einheitliche, längliche Zettel hinter die Glasscheibe geklebt mit der Aufschrift: Enikiasete (zu vermieten). Darunter findet man dann oftmals handschriftliche Infos zu dem Objekt und die Tel. Nummern der Ansprechpartner.
