Hallo Lang-Hans,
wir haben, um überhaupt in Deutschland heiraten zu können, das Ehefähigkeitszeugnis zweifach beibringen müssen. Einmal die Bescheinigung des Bischofs von Athen (damals 1983 war die zivile Eheschliessung in Griechenland neben der kirchlichen Eheschliessung (ohne zivile Trauung) möglich. Dann mussten wir zusätzlich ein oder zwei Wochen vor der Trauung unsere Ehe in einer der Tageszeitungen ausschreiben. Diese Ausschreibung musste wiederum vom griechischen Konsulat übersetzt und beglaubigt beim deutschen Amt vorgelegt werden.
Kurz danach habe ich die griechische Staatsangehörigkeit erhalten (geht heute nicht mehr so problemlos, weiss ich). Ich habe einen griechischen Pass und muss leider inzwischen auch meine Steuererklärungen machen. 
Irgendwelche weiteren Apostillen, Registrierungen etc. waren aber nach der Eheschliessung nicht mehr erforderlich.
