Hallo Tobi,

natürlich will ich keine ungesetzlichen oder kritikwürdigen Aktionen.

Vielmehr denke ich an eine Variante zu b), aber nicht an einen GPS Sender, sondern ein ganz normales Mobiltelefon. Wenn ich nicht irre, "weiß" das Handy, in welcher Zelle seines Mobilfunknetzes es sich befindet.

Unklar ist mir noch, ob die Zelleninfo bei einer Gesprächsverbindung übertragen und ausgelesen werden kann.
Wenn dann noch jemand weiß, wie man ein Handy dazu bringt, vielleicht einmal täglich seine Position zu melden, dann hätten wir den elektronischen Fährtenhund, der uns zu den Schlafplätzen unserer Briefe und Päckchen führt.

Soeben bekomme ich einen Anruf aus Chaniá: Eine wichtige Briefsendung ist seit 6 Wochen überfällig.

Also bitte bleibt weiter kreativ!
