Hallo zusammen, 
ich habe 5 Jahre auf Rhodos gewohnt und habe dort noch ein Haus. Da ich jetzt wieder in Deutschland lebe, vermiete ich das Haus zeitweise an deutsche Urlauber. Mein Anwalt sagte mir, ich darf nur für 90 Tage im Jahr vermieten und muss seit dem 1.1.18 strengere Auflagen beachten. Vermietet von Euch auch jemand sein Haus bzw. kennt sich mit dem aktuellen Gesetz aus?
