So, heute war ich mal bei OTE um mich über eine Vertragsverlängerung zu informieren.

Ich habe momentan ja nur 4Mbps und wollte natürlich schon um die 24Mbps haben, da war die Dame wohl überfordert.
Sie sagte ich sollte 10 Tage vor Vertragsauslauf wiederkommen, da könnte Sie mir ein Angebot machen.

Ich frage mich wofür die eine Preisliste im 180 seitigen Katalog haben!

200 m weiter ist ein NOVA-Shop. Ich gleich rein und sagte was ich will

-Internet-Flat mit 24 Mbps
-Telefon-Flat in GR
-Telefon-Flat nach DE (und weitere Länder)
-Handy-Flat in GR

Keine 2 Minuten und ich hatte was ich wollte:
-Ummeldung erledigt Nova
-Keine Umstellungsgebühren
-Keine Routerkosten
Alles Inkl. 33,50 €

Wo geht man hin, wenn man eine Superberatung und einen Superpreis bekommt NICHT ZU OTE
