ein weiterer aspekt ist die verteilung der fliege, konventionell wird sehr viel gespritzt und somit konzentriet sich die fliege ebend auf den sogenannten biologischen anbau, technisch ist es unmöglich starck oxidierte (also faule) oliven bei der ernte auszusortieren,
und jetzt nach diesem kaltem wetter (frost) ist die qualität für extra vergin eh hin, seine ernte sollte man also schon in der flasche haben,
welches öl ist wohl momentan besser zu bewerten bio oder konventionell angebautes ?
