Ja. In der Stromrechnung ist der aktuelle Zonenpreis und der Altersfaktor (παλαιότητα) für die Immobilie ausgewiesen (für die Berechnung der ΤΑΠ). Es gibt auch eine Übersicht über alle Zonenpreise (Stand Januar 2016) im Land.

Eine Aufstellung der (sieben) Koeffizienten, durch deren Multiplikation die ΕΝΦΙΑ berechnet wird, findet sich auf der Webseite von KPAG.

Für die in diesem Jahr anstehenden ΕΝΦΙΑ-Bescheide war im Dezember 2015 eine Freigrenze für diejenigen Immobilien in Aussicht gestellt worden, deren Einheitswert unter 20.000 bzw. 30.000 EUR liegt.
