so sehe ich das auch : das war die Vorraussetzung für die Umstellung von Bau/Brauchwasser auf Trinkwasserversorgung.

Von wem bekommst du denn die jetzigen Rechnungen ? Vom Wasseramt (blaue Rechnung) oder von der Gemeinde ? (grüne Rechnung).

Das Wasseramt ist eigentlich für beides zuständig. Suche dir den "zuständigen" Wassermann in deinem Dorf, der z.bspl. für das Brauchwasser da ist.
Den solltest du nach einer Lösung befragen und mit dem Ergebnis an's Wasseramt.
