wir haben uns eigentlich nie dafür interressiert, weil es für uns nicht in Betracht kam, unser Haus zu vermieten. Mittlerweile muessen wir uns fragen, inwieweit neuerliche erfundene Steuern und hoehere Nebenkosten, uns so weit belasten, dass es zumindest durchgerechnet werden sollte.

Nun moechten wir aber keinesfalls an Sicherheit und Steuern vorbei vermieten.
Was kostet also das Vermieten, wenn man alle Auflagen berücksichtigt, bei einer Hausgröße von ca.100qm ?
