Ich weiß jetzt, warum ich Euch alle so lieb habe :biggrin: Kämpfe mich bei einer ganz lieben Finanzbeamtin von unserem Finanzamt durch dieses Thema und kann Ihr jetzt das von Euch genannte Formular präsentieren.

Eine Frage habe ich noch. Meine Mutter (Griechin mit Deutschen Pass und nur 80-90 Tage in GR) bekommt eine gigantische Rente von 370 Euro im Jahr. Julie meinte, ab 1 Euro ist man in GR Steuerpflichtig, die Rente wird auch in GR versteuert aber warum wird dann in der Steuererklärung ein fiktives Einkommen zugrunde gelegt ?? Habe ich da irgendwas missverstanden ? Ich will doch nur die Grundsteuer für die Häuser und selbstverständlich auch die Autosteuer bezahlen aber für ein Einkommen was nicht existiert ?? Fliege in fünf Tagen nach GR und wäre dankbar für ein paar gute Tipps (Bevor ich es mit meinem Steuerberater und RA verscherze :blushing:
