Hallo, bin immer ein fleissige Leserin Eurer Artikel. Als Eigentümerin von Immobilien die ich dank meiner griechischen Mutter besitze, mussten wir letztes Jahr eine "Termakto-Steuer / Wahrscheinlichkeitsverdienst Steuererklärung abgeben. Ich habe bis heute nicht verstanden, warum ich diese Steuer zahlen muss !! Die Immobilien Athen/Insel werden nur zu privaten Gebrauch genutzt. Höchstens 90 Tage im Jahr. Wir sind Deutsche und Hauptwohnsitz ist Deutschland, somit auch die Steuerpflicht. Wieso muss ich einen Verdienst versteuern den es gar nicht gibt ? (2 Häuser/Kleines Auto/ klitzekleines Boot). Wir hatten einen Steuerberater der alles für uns abwickelte aber ich befürchte langsam, der hat keine Ahnung...

Bin über jeden Tipp dankbar, den leider spreche ich nur mäßig griechisch und lesen kann ich gar nicht. Mit Englisch komme ich zwar super zurecht aber leider nicht jeder im Amt. Bin froh das es Leidensgenossen gibt Rolleyes die besser im Thema sind. Liebe Grüße Melly
