Kann man schon, ist aber nicht ganz ungefährlich. Und selbst wenn alles mit rechten Dingen zugeht, werden erhebliche Zuschläge fällig. Es ist auch nicht notwendig, denn "an jeder Ecke" gibt es "WIND", "COSMOTE" und "VODAFONE"-Läden bzw. Vertragshändler die Sticks nebst SIM-Karte verkaufen. Hinweis am Rande: Beim Kauf muss der Personalausweis/Reisepass vorgelegt werden.
