Ja! ich hab's getan! Vorausschicken will ich, dass ich auf einer Insel ein FERIEN-Haus habe. Nach schwerer Überzeugungsarbeit habe ich das auch meiner Steuerberaterin verklickern können. Ich brauchte also vom ÖRTLICHEN Finanzamt die Formblätter M1 und M7, womit ich sie als Bevollmächtigte eingesetzt habe und meinen Status als Steuerausländer erklärt habe. Jetzt geht also meine Steuererklärung (die ich wahrscheinlich gar nicht machen muss) an das Athener FA, das feststellen wird: Aha - Ausländer, Stempel drauf, fertig. Ab dem nächsten Jahr werde ich dann keine Erklärung mehr abgeben. HOffentlich!
Allen, denen wie mir auch schon graue Haare drüber gewachsen sind - der relativ geringe Aufwand ist es wert.
