Werden die Mitarbeiter von LIDL nicht bezahlt, später bezahlt oder welche Info fehlt mir gerade???

Ich habe den zukünftigen Filialleiter bei einem Einkauf bei LIDL "kennengelernt", weil er der Erste war, den ich in 2Jahren bei LIDL deutsch sprechen gehört habe!!! Alle anderen Mitarbeiter in unserer Region, die sonst an der Kasse zu finden sind, können nämlich kein Deutsch...
Fragte ihn dann kurzerhand wie man sich dort bewerben könnte und dann hieß es erstmal schlecht und nur online... bla bla... dann kam aber seine Nachfrage, wer sich denn bewerben möchte und scheinbar habe ich vielleicht doch ne Chance, denn als meine Antwort "ich" lautete, hieß es auf einmal, dass da meine Chancen gar nicht so schlecht wären und ich ihm meine Bewerbung vorbeibringen soll...

Also drückt mal morgen die Daumen, schaffe dann nämlich die Unterlagen persönlich vorbei!

habe grad mal nochmal genau nachgelesen... bei LIDL also unbezahlte Überstunden... naja, ganz ehrlich ist wohl nicht nur dort so und wenn man ansonsten Versicherung und Gehalt bekommt... gibt leider nicht wirklich Alternativen... zumindest nicht hier... da beißt man halt in den sauren Apfel

Habe dieses Jahr auch zig Überstunden im Hotel gemacht... natürlich unbezahlt, war mir eine Lehre fürs nächste Jahr (?!)
