Hallo Sonja,

ich bin natürlich für jeden Kontakt oder Hinweis dankbar.
Der Grund, warum wir verkaufen wollen ist, dass wir in "D" ein Haus kaufen wollen. Wir hatten ja ernsthaft überlegt nach "GR" zu gehen, wäre mit meinem Arbeitgeber (einem großen Elektrofachmarkt, dessen Kunden nicht blöd sind) auch gegangen. Leider ist die Expansion auf "avrio" verschoben worden, da es Probleme gibt, interessante Immobilien und vor allem die Genehmigungen dafür zu bekommen.
Jetzt werde ich als Geschäftsführer am Donnerstag in Berlin meinen Markt eröffnen. Solange die Kinder (13 und 15) noch im Haus sind, werden wir in "D" bleiben und "GR" weiter als Urlaubsland besuchen.
Vielleicht kaufen wir später was kleineres, vielleicht in Peloponnes, da dort unsere Verwandten wohnen und es noch nicht so überlaufen ist.
Da wir keine Not haben, sehen wir dem Verkauf ganz entspannt entgegen.
Und wenn es dieses Jahr nicht klappt, dann vielleicht im nächsten.
Also sehen wir uns vielleicht doch noch. Wink
