Aaaalso Kaster Puder gibts im Supermarkt im Regal bei Vanillezucker und sonstigen Backwaren. Ist kleiner Karton mit einem Babygesicht drauf. Das Ganze hat Vanillegemschmack. Ich schätze mal daß man für Kinder damit auch einen Vanillepudding kochen kann. Einfach im Supermarkt danach fragen gibts bestimmt!!!

So und nun zu den Mengenangaben. Ich habe die gleiche Frage gestellt als ich das erste mal das Rezept ausprobiert habe. Irgendwie sind Wassergläser alle verschieden. Deshalb hab ich jetzt mal alles abgewogen.
1 Wasserglas Zucker entspricht bei mir ca. 230 g Zucker
1/2 Wasserglas Mehl 70g
1/2 Wasserglas Kaster Puder ca. 60 g

au, die gr. Tasse Puderzucker ist bei mir der Kaffeebecher, wie gesagt ich nehm davon nur die Hlfte und die Hälfte der Sahne
