Hallo Ihr lieben Griechenland-Verzauberten,

kann mir jemand sagen, ob es in Griechenland eine Lizenz für ein Eismobil gibt, so wie man es in Deutschland oder besser in Italien kennt.
Ein Eisauto, welches von Standort zu Standort fährt und dann immer für kurze Zeit hält?
Wenn das mit dem Rumfahren klappt, was benötige ich für eine Lizenz bezüglich der Eisherstellung. Cafe, Konditorei oder gibt es da noch ganz was anderes?
Was muss ich für persönlich, fachliche Eignung besitzen um hier eine Erlaubnis zu bekommen? Hygiene...?

Würde mich sehr freuen, wenn mir jemand mit fundierten Wissen weiterhelfen kann.
