Hallo,

hier mal wieder eine Frage von mir...

Habe 2Monate in einer Kantine gearbeitet... (September-November)...
Die Enzima hat er mir nun für die Monate Oktober - Dezember bezahlt...
Auf einem Zettel, den ich vom Steuerbüro zur IKA bringen sollte, stand eine Abfindung in Höhe von 1085Euro drauf, die ich natürlich nicht bekommen habe... außerdem 393Euro für Weihnachtsgeld + 5 arbeitsfreie Tage...
Habe ich eine Chance an die knapp 1500Euro zu kommen? Arbeitsvertrag gab es nicht, aber immerhin hat mein Ex Chef ja im Steuerbüro unterschrieben, dass diese Gelder bezahlt wurden... wie soll ich mich verhalten?
