August 2011, für die griechische Denkweise eine total unbekannte Dimension. Es gibt im Prinzip keine Kündigungsfristen und wohl keiner denkt jetzt schon so weit. Es sei denn, es ist ein Ausländer.
Ich lese die Athener Zeitung und werde trotzdem mal ein Auge drauf werfen, auch nach deutschsprachige Makler - sicher die beste Lösung für euch.
Alternativ, ab Juni selbst aktiv werden. Auch in Maroussi (Athener Schule) gibt es einen florierenden Mieterwechsel und die Preise sind derzeit akzeptabel. Es lässt sich bestimmt was Passendes finden. Die Frage ist nur wie… Hauptquelle der Athener ist die Xrysi Eykairia http://www.xe.gr/pages/Index.aspx da bieten auch alle Makler an, aber ist nur Griechisch verfügbar.
