Hallo Petra,

soweit ich weiß gilt das für alle nicht EU-Bürger, die in Griechenland wohnen (natürlich nicht für Touristen), denn ich kenne einen Schweizer, der musste das so machen. Er hatte allerdings keine Immobilien sondern nur einen Roller und eine Mietwohnung. Und das ist auch schon ein paar Jahre her. Ansonsten habe ich davon noch nichts gehört.
