Mit den Hotlines von Forthnet und OTE hatte ich auch schon so meine Probleme. Die sind einfach nicht dafür geschult oder in der Lage, wirkliche Probleme in ihren eigenen Netzen zu lösen. Alles was über typische Nutzerfehler hinausgeht wird einfach abgeblockt oder es werden Ausreden erfunden, Hauptsache der Kunde ist ruhiggestellt und der Anruf kann beendet werden.

Bei dem Preiskampf ist es wahrscheinlich auch gar nicht möglich, guten Support zu bieten. Es wird wohl billiger sein, unzufriedene Kunden einfach abzuwimmeln und mittelfristig zu vergraulen.
