Von denen kann man z.B. ein prima Brathähnchen machen. Aus den Schenkeln mach ich gerne Coq au Vin das kann man auch variieren auf griechische Art mit frischem Thymian, Rosmarin, Tomaten, Paprika, Knoblauch und Oliven. Dazu einfach frisches Weissbrot. Lecker!

Die Brust kann man in unzähligen Variationen verwenden. (z.B. Schnitzel paniert oder unpaniert, als geschnezteltes mit Champignons, auf Spießen mit Satay Sauce, als Roulade gefüllt mit Spinat und Frischkäse, mariniert it Kräutern und auf dem Holzkohlengrill zubereitet und für Experten als Geflügelterrine Wink )
