Ich bin nicht sicher ob Du mit Stempelgeld das Gleiche meinst wie ich (und jetzt fällt mir auch grad der griechische Begriff nicht ein), aber wenn's das Gleiche ist wie ich denke, dann kann ich Dir sagen, dass es das nicht mehr gibt. Auch wir hatten am anfang unserer Mietzeit Mitte 07 noch diesen Extrabetrag zu zahlen, wurde dann aber wohl zum 1.1.08 als Wahlversprechen von Karamanlis abgeschafft (zumindest für Privatwohnungen).
