Hallo an alle Mieter (und auch Vermieter),

uns wurde von einem Steuerberater gesagt, dass es die 3,6 % Steuer, bzw Stempelgebühr auf die Mietzahlungen nicht mehr gibt und zwar schon seit dem 01.01.2008! Jetzt ist das nicht das Fachgebiet dieses Steuerberaters, daher wollte ich fragen, wie es bei Euch ist. Zahlt Ihr noch, bzw verlangt Ihr noch die 3,6 %? (Keine Ferienmiete, sondern normale Wohnung!)
Unser Mietvertrag begann im Jahr 2007.
