Um im Erbschaftsfall sicher zu gehen, dass der erbt, von dem ihr es wollt, würde ich auf jeden Fall den Rat eines Notars einholen und ggf. einen Ehe- und Erbschaftsvertrag abschließen.
Wenn ihr daran interessiert seid, maile mich an, dann kann ich dir die Adresse und Telefonnummer unserer Notarin (Deutsche mit Notarzulassung in Griechenland, voll bewandert in griechischem Recht) geben.
