Hallo Julia,

ich glaube, man muss 12 Monate Versicherungszeiten haben, um AG zu bekommen. Ich werde AG in D ausbezahlt bekommen und muss 2 Jahre Versicherungszeiten nachweisen. Kann sein, dass es in meinem Fall anders ist, da es sich um internationale Angelegenheiten handelt.

Meine letzte Info war, dass wir (als EU-Buerger) trotz aller Freizuegigkeiten eine "Adeia Paramonis(unbegrenzt)" - nicht "diamonis" (begrenzt)- brauchen, die auch fuer uns in Form einer Green Card ausgestellt wird. Der Ablauf war ganz einfach und schnell. Ich war bei der zust. Polizeidienststelle am alten Flughafen, kann Dir leider nicht mehr genau sagen, welche Papiere damals (2005) benoetigt wurden. Ich hab diese "adeia" ausstellen lassen, weil ich Angst hatte, vielleicht Probleme beim "Epidoma Toketou" nach der Geburt zu bekommen. Meine Freundin hatte damals nach dem grossen Erdbeben, '88 oder wann war das?, Problem die Unterstuetzung fuer ihre zerstoerte Wohnung zu bekommen und musste die "Green Card" beantragen.

Weiss nicht ob ich Dir wirklich weiterhelfen konnte, trotzdem Viel Glueck!
